Requirements
- Tech savvy, computer literate
- Matric/Grade 12
- Good communication/ good telephone etiquette
- Can qualify customers needs
- follows the rules
- Minimum 2 years car sales experience required
- Driver’s License
Responsibilities
- Know the Used car market and trends.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meets dealership sales goals.
- Have the ability to carry out a “Needs Analysis” and assist the buyer accordingly.
- Explains features and benefits accurately.
- Does Test Drives whilst using the Track n Trace system effectively.
- Can build customer confidence and close deals.
- Suggests optional equipment for customer to purchase.
- Has knowledge on how to calculate sales price, including/excluding VAT, trade-in allowance, discount, etc.
- Engages in business development.
- Addresses customer concerns. No comebacks or aftersales.
- Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
